•  We guarantee absolute confidentiality to all our clients and will not disclose your personal details or your query with anyone else without your permission.

•  We will represent your interests to the University when you need us to and because we’re part of the Union we can do this with total independence. This goes for any other outside organisation too.

•  We make no charge for any of the services we offer. This is because we receive our funding from the Union of Students who have placed student welfare advice as one of its highest priorities.

•  We welcome enquiries from any Birmingham City University student irrespective of your gender, race, country of origin, sexuality, age, disability or religion.
