Below are all the forms you could ever need during your time as a Group Leader, if you can't print them then they are always available from the Student Actvities Centre.
Sports Leader Handbook - everything you will ever need to know about being a Sports Leader
Society Leader Handbook - everything you will ever need to know about being a Society Leader
Payment Requisition form - use this to claim back any expenses
Umpire/Referee Form - to be filled out by an umpire/referee whenever you use them
Coach Monitoring Form - to be signed by your coach after every session
Team Sheet - to be completed after every BUCS match
Sign up Sheet - to be completed whenever you are selling membership cards
Funding Proposal Form - to be completed whenever you are applying for additional funding at Sports & Socs Council
Event Booking Form - to be completed whenver holding an event in Union premises
Student Group Constitution - to be completed each year or when you become a new group
Leaders Detail Form - to be completed each year by the new committee members or when creating a new group
