Room Bookings
Your club or society is more than welcome to use union and university rooms for activities or meetings. To book a room you need to fill in a Room Booking form. This must be handed in/emailed to Lynda Jones as far in advance as possible prior to the date the room is required. We recommend 3 weeks before to avoid disappointment!
