Online Directory Further Information
1. A booking form should be filled in, signed by the client and sent by fax to 0121 331 5725 or as a scanned document to marianna.nicolaidou@bcu.ac.uk
2. Payment to Birmingham City Students’ Union is to be received in full prior to a listing being uploaded on the online directory. Payment can take the form of cash, cheque payable to Birmingham City Students’ Union or invoice – a purchase order number is needed if clients wish to pay via invoice.
3. All artwork is to be supplied by the client
4. A standard listing is at a cost of £50 +VAT and includes name, phone number, email address, address and web link with a 250- character description of your business
5. A premium listing is at a cost of £100 +VAT and includes all standard listing features plus a priority listing over standard listings, and an extra page that can include photos, flash animation, maps or a much larger description of your business
6. Any further updating of client information will be at an additional cost of £10+VAT
7. Advertising on the online directory is for the duration of one academic year/until the end of the current academic year regardless of when the advert is booked
