Amnesty is a movement of ordinary people from around the world standing up for humanity and human rights. We run numerous campaigns and events to combat key issues with humanity throughout the year.

As a student group, we meet once fortnightly and discuss the current events and what individual action can be taken. This can involve writing a letter or signing an online petition.
We organise fund raising events for Amnesty International itself or for a specific cause specified by Amnesty International.
We also have regular social events so we can all get to know one another :)
