Welcome to the BCU Poker Society, one of the fastest growing groups in the Student Union. We play Texas Hold ‘Em tournaments in Bar 42 from 1pm onWednesdays, usuall with a £5 buy-in.
This year will see the inaugural BCUSOP (Birmingham City University Series Of Poker) which will run during Freshers’ Week and will have freerolls sponsored by Pokerstars and also a £10 single rebuy Main Event.
Last year we gave away £2,420 in prize money and hosted two Inter-University Tournaments, so whether you’re a beginner or World Series winner, come down and have some fun!!
Membership for BCU students is £3.
