Yoga

Yoga helps to release certain stresses of university life and revive your body and mind. This form of gentle exercise is suitable for everyone and very easy to learn. To join you don’t need any former experience or practice.
This beginner’s class uses different yoga styles which include gentle full body workout, active routines, body alignment and energy balancing.
Power Yoga Sessions
Description: A vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga which emphasises on strength and flexibility.
Hatha Yoga Sessions
Description: Slow-paced, gentle and provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.
